Change Happens | Career Angles

The way most things are done today at your firm won’t be the way things will be done in the future.

The technology will change.

The people will change.

The mood of the world will change.

The opinions of people will change.

The only thing that will change is that you will need to change, you will need to adapt, you will eventually die and not be there.

The firm you work for might not be there, either.

What greater proof of this can there be than the effect of the pandemic upon so many businesses and people.

No one could have anticipated this being a severe as it was/is and there will be other economic disruptions that will occur in the future.

Four years, I warned people who read my blog, watched my videos and listen to my podcasts another recession is going to come. I didn’t know when but there’s going to be another one and is good be important to have a plan in place and to deal with disruptions your income.

Did anyone prepare? No, and I prepared to the degree to which was necessary.

That is one thing that’s obvious and that is more changes on the horizon.

You need to be alert for it and anticipate the fallout or get swept away to a place with no government can save you.
