Dealing with Problems

Confronting a Problem | Career Angles

There is a problem.

No one wants to talk about it.

That’s because if they talk about it they have to do something about it.

Thus everyone becomes co-conspirators to turn into a flock of ostrich and allow the situation to grow worse until someone eventually tells everyone that the Emperor has no clothes on.

You can’t confront a problem you can’t talk about.

Almost always, varying the problem causes it to become a cancer.

Cancer eventually kills people and things.

Dealing with problems can be painful but by comparison to ignoring cancer, there is no choice.
