No B.S. Coaching Advice

Limbo | Career Angles

Since the beginning of the pandemic, it feels like everyone’s career has been put on hiatus like a TV show where the network is deciding whether to renew it for another season.

We are sitting in limbo, waiting for . . .  we don’t know what to happen.

It’s obvious that the economy is going through a case of “food poisoning,”

. . . and so are we.

Your manager doesn’t know any more than you do.

The same thing with her or his boss.

We are going to a hurricane and don’t know when it will pass.

In the meantime, focus.

In the meantime, connect with your network of relationships– friends, family, former colleagues, people who were important to you at one stage of your life or another.

We will need one another . . . We just don’t know how we will need one another.
