No B.S. Coaching Advice

Rest | Career Angles

When we first began the national shutdown, I wrote about it being a Sabbath, a time for rest and reflection about what serves us.

Although we are continuing our shelter in place because we are an at-risk family, it is clear that for many they are ready to start heading out of the gate and get going again.

Learning the lessons of the past 10 weeks and acting upon them is important.

What did you learn about yourself and what you do during this time?

How can you apply going forward?

What’s going to be different, if anything.

This isn’t about wearing a mask or not.

This is about how you and live going forward.

I know I appreciate a lot of little thing like that cardinal they just flew by my window and the rabbits and squirrels come out every day (I did enjoy the mama bear and two cubs that ran by. I did keep my distance, of course).

And like a mama bear, guard your lessons otherwise they can be hurt.
